Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring excellent customer service while supporting daily administrative and front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Manage front desk activities and maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to various departments when required
  • Maintain accurate records and office documentation
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed
  • Ensure excellent customer service and effective communication at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum SSCE or WASSCE qualification
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
  • Applicants should reside in or around Spintex, Community 18, Community 19, and surrounding areas
