Job Summary

Stanbic Bank Ghana seeks an experienced and analytical Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead the development of reporting solutions, dashboards, and data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. You will manage data extraction, process automation, and advanced analytics initiatives while supporting business performance and financial risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain timely reports, dashboards, and scorecards using business intelligence tools and platforms
• Design and implement data visualization solutions using QlikView, Power BI, Tableau, and related technologies
• Conduct data extraction, analysis, and query resolution to support business operations and strategic decisions
• Drive automation of reporting processes, workflows, and analytical tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics requirements
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of business intelligence data and reporting outputs
• Support financial crime risk management initiatives, including AML and fraud detection analytics
• Provide actionable insights through advanced data analysis and reporting

Requirements

• First Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles within the financial industry
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Oracle, MS Excel, SAS, SSIS, SSRS, and related BI tools
• Strong experience with data visualization platforms such as QlikView, Power BI, and Tableau
• Exposure to AML, fraud detection, or financial crime risk management processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
