Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to lead and support architectural design and project execution. You will develop innovative design concepts, manage project delivery, and ensure all architectural works meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and conceptual layouts for projects
• Manage and oversee architectural projects from concept through completion
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
• Prepare and present design proposals, technical drawings, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and client specifications
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues
• Incorporate sustainable and innovative design principles into all projects
• Support cost estimation and project planning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 2–5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or equivalent)
• Excellent understanding of building codes, construction methods, and design principles
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
