Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Field Recruiter to identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates through field activities. The ideal candidate will actively source talent, conduct outreach, and support the company’s recruitment needs through direct community engagement and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field recruitment activities to source qualified candidates
• Identify and engage potential applicants through outreach and community visits
• Screen and pre-select candidates based on role requirements
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Support onboarding processes and documentation collection
• Promote job opportunities in targeted locations
• Report daily and weekly recruitment activities to management
• Maintain professional relationships with community contacts and applicants
• Travel frequently to assigned recruitment areas as required

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: SHS certificate
• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or field operations is preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel frequently for field assignments
• Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
