Head – Medical Devices Division

Location: Industrial Area

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead our Medical Devices Division. The successful candidate will drive business growth, oversee product distribution strategies, strengthen market presence, and build strong partnerships across healthcare channels. This role requires a results-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen and extensive industry experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the operations and strategic direction of the Medical Devices Division
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand market share and revenue
  • Identify opportunities to launch and scale healthcare products within emerging markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, wholesalers, and key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business performance
  • Manage product distribution channels and ensure operational efficiency
  • Oversee pricing strategies, profitability, and margin management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product positioning and market expansion
  • Prepare business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for management
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • A Master’s Degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical distribution
  • Proven experience launching or scaling healthcare products in emerging markets
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics including pharmacies, hospitals, and wholesale distribution
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth and managing profit margins
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to lead teams and drive performance in a competitive market environment
