We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and strengthen customer and stakeholder engagement.

Role Summary

The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch while leading sales, marketing, customer service, and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, improve team performance, and ensure the branch achieves its business and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations and overall performance of the branch.
  • Develop and implement business growth and market expansion strategies.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch performance, analyze operational trends, and prepare management reports.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve operational and performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across branch operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, and branch operations.
  • Membership with the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) will be an added advantage.
  • Leadership experience in a sales-driven environment is preferred.

  • Strong ability to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve performance targets.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
