We are seeking passionate and caring Preschool Teachers to join our team and support the growth and development of children in their early learning stages.

Role Summary

The Preschool Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that support children’s academic, emotional, and social development. The successful candidate will create a positive and interactive classroom environment while guiding children through foundational learning experiences in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons and classroom activities for preschool learners.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum activities.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and interactive classroom environment.
• Support children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
• Guide learners in developing foundational literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide appropriate support where needed.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding children’s development and well-being.
• Promote positive behaviour, creativity, confidence, and active participation in classroom activities.
• Participate in school programmes, meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant teaching certification, Montessori background, Early Years qualification, or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting early childhood development.
• Patient, caring, and nurturing attitude.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and child-friendly learning experiences.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Teachers living around Ofankor or nearby communities will be highly preferred.
• Only applicants residing in Accra should apply.
