Job Summary

The organisation seeks a skilled and dependable Production Assistant to support production operations and machine handling activities. You will actively operate equipment, assist with production processes, and ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with daily production processes and operational activities
• Monitor machine performance and report faults or maintenance issues promptly
• Follow production schedules and meet operational targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the production area
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of production materials when required
• Support team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
• Previous experience operating machines in a similar industry
• Valid driver’s licence (Type C and above)
• Good understanding of production processes and machine operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
