Personal Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Accra.

Job Summary

The organisation seeks a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to management. You will actively manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and ensure the smooth execution of daily tasks and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars effectively
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and daily activities
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documents
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
• Maintain accurate records and confidential information
• Organise files, documents, and office systems efficiently
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
