We are seeking committed, disciplined, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Labourers / Cleaners to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within our institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of offices, classrooms, compounds, washrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Support the movement and arrangement of materials, equipment, and supplies when required.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure designated areas remain tidy at all times.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
• Carry out other related duties assigned by management.

Available Positions & Requirements

Labourer II / Cleaner II

• Minimum qualification of SSSCE/WASSCE.
• Must successfully pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

Labourer I / Cleaner I

• Minimum qualification of SSSCE/WASSCE.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience.
• Must successfully pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

Head Labourer / Head Cleaner

• Minimum qualification of SSSCE/WASSCE.
• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant working experience.
• Must successfully pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discipline, reliability, and professionalism.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
