Role Overview

Flower Ghana seeks a skilled and creative Florist to design and arrange fresh floral compositions while delivering an excellent customer experience. The florist will bring ideas to life through bouquets and arrangements that reflect quality, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and customized floral pieces
• Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing floral display environment
• Handle flowers with care to ensure freshness and quality standards
• Support customer orders and ensure timely delivery of arrangements
• Work efficiently to meet daily and seasonal deadlines
• Contribute creative ideas for new floral designs and collections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and bouquet design
• Strong creative eye with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for flowers and strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Portfolio showcasing previous floral work
• Updated CV required
