Position Summary

The Tele-Sales Executive will drive sales growth by engaging prospective clients through telephone, digital channels, and social media platforms. The successful candidate will generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and maintain strong client relationships to support business development objectives.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through research and outreach activities
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers
  • Manage client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
  • Use social media platforms to support sales and business promotion activities
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Proven experience in tele-sales, customer service, or business development
  • Experience using social media for sales or business promotion
  • Previous experience in an HR firm or recruitment environment is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • High level of professionalism, discipline, and self-motivation
