We are seeking an experienced Site & Operations Manager to oversee project execution and ensure smooth site operations.

Position Summary

The Site & Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate construction operations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will manage site teams, supervise contractors, and ensure efficient use of resources across all project phases.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise in construction operations, and the ability to manage multiple site activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction activities
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, site teams, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved timelines, budgets, and specifications
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular site reports to management
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on all project sites
• Manage allocation and efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower
• Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely project delivery
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
• Support project planning and implementation from start to completion

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants must possess:

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in site management, construction, or infrastructure projects in Ghana
• Familiarity with the Accra construction and infrastructure environment is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and site supervision
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
