Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Loader to support warehouse and loading operations in Tema. The successful candidate will assist with the safe handling, movement, loading, and unloading of goods while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Organize and move products within the warehouse and storage areas
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and dispatching shipments
• Ensure accurate handling and placement of inventory items
• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment
• Support stock-taking and inventory control activities
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and operational guidelines

Education and Experience

• Minimum SHS Certificate
• At least 1 year of loading or warehouse experience, preferably within the automotive industry
• Forklift or pallet jack certification is an added advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50kg
• Ability to stand and walk for extended working hours
