CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (3-MONTH CONTRACT)

Location: Kumasi
Employment Type: Full-Time | Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months)

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team and support exceptional customer engagement and service delivery.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative will provide frontline support to customers, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and promote a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador while supporting customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Support customer relationship management and maintain positive customer interactions.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
  • Support reporting and basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with customer engagement activities, field activations, and events when required.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and administrative duties assigned by management.
  • Represent the company positively and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer care, direct sales, or relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time management abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively.
  • Experience in leadership roles or event coordination will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of BURN products will be an added advantage.
