Role Purpose

The National Service Personnel will support assigned departments within the bank by performing administrative, operational, and customer service-related tasks. The role provides hands-on exposure to banking operations while offering structured learning, mentorship, and professional development within a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily departmental operations and administrative functions within assigned units.
• Assist in customer service delivery to ensure excellent client experience.
• Perform data entry, documentation, and record management tasks accurately.
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
• Assist in banking operations processes under supervision.
• Participate in assigned projects and contribute to team objectives.
• Conduct basic research and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational efficiency.
• Undertake any other duties assigned to support departmental performance.

Educational Qualification

• Must be a current National Service Personnel or eligible for National Service placement.
• Submission of recent academic transcript (PDF format) is required.
• Submission of Curriculum Vitae (CV) in PDF format is required.
