Job Summary

The Driver will provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation services while ensuring the assigned vehicle remains in excellent working condition. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong road safety awareness, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, clients, and company materials to designated locations.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Maintain accurate travel and fuel records when required.
• Assist with loading and unloading items where necessary.
• Plan efficient travel routes using GPS and navigation tools.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality while representing the company.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a professional driver.
• Valid Ghanaian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and local traffic laws.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items when necessary.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning.
• Defensive driving skills and training certification (where applicable).
• Experience driving different vehicle types, including cars, vans, and trucks.
