Job Summary

The Clerk will provide administrative and operational support by managing office tasks, gathering and analyzing data, and assisting in the development and coordination of educational and cultural programs. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, compile, and analyze relevant data and information.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of educational and cultural programs.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence as required.
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support office operations through effective data entry and document management.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling official information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Work Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within government, semi-government, or private sector organizations. Candidates with a strong research interest in education, culture, or development cooperation will have an added advantage.

Age Requirement

Applicants should be between 20 and 30 years of age.
