Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost management initiatives
- Ensure effective financial controls and compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
- Manage statutory reporting and ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations
Administrative & Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and improve operational policies, systems, and procedures
- Support procurement, vendor management, and asset administration processes
- Supervise administrative staff and foster a high-performance work environment
- Drive operational improvements that enhance productivity and organisational performance
Strategic & Executive Support
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions
- Partner with executive management on strategic planning and organisational growth initiatives
- Identify operational risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational objectives and performance targets
Ideal Candidate Summary
We seek a seasoned finance professional with strong technical accounting and operational management expertise. The ideal candidate will drive financial control, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance organisational efficiency while supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, ICA, CPA, or CIMA strongly preferred
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, or administration
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, compliance, and operational oversight
- Immediate availability preferred
