We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary / Administrative Support professional to provide administrative coordination, stakeholder support, and operational assistance for foundation activities and affiliate organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Prepare, organize, and maintain critical documents, administrative materials, and reports for affiliate organizations.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record management for operational efficiency.
Coordination
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while ensuring seamless coordination across management teams.
- Support communication and administrative coordination for projects and organizational activities.
Documentation
- Attend meetings and accurately record detailed notes and minutes.
- Prepare meeting summaries, reports, and follow-up documentation as required.
Stakeholder Relations
- Manage communication with stakeholders and maintain professional relationships on behalf of the foundation.
- Represent the foundation professionally during meetings, engagements, and related activities when required.
Project Support
- Assist in building, developing, and coordinating educational and foundation-related projects and initiatives.
- Support operational planning and administrative execution of projects and activities.
Mobility & Field Support
- Travel to and attend meetings, field activities, and project locations when required.
Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous but Not Mandatory)
- College or university degree.
- Previous experience in secretarial or administrative support roles.
- Experience working within the education sector and/or non-profit organizations (NGOs).
- Proven experience with document preparation, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Location & Logistics
- Primary Setup: Remote / Work-from-Home.
- Foundation Base: Atwima Nwabiagya North District
- Candidates must be willing to travel to different locations when necessary.
- Candidates living in or near Kumasi are highly preferred.
