We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and executive documents for meetings and strategic engagements.
- Liaise with senior management, business partners, and key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate board meetings, executive reports, meeting schedules, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain an efficient Executive Office while handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments to ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.
- Support communication and coordination between the Executive Office and internal departments.
- Assist with strategic projects, administrative planning, and executive initiatives as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
