Role Summary

The HR & Administration Assistant will provide hands-on support to the Group HR Manager across key human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, employee records management, and day-to-day administrative coordination to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.


Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Support leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and HR reporting activities
  • Assist with employee engagement and staff communication initiatives

Payroll & Records Administration

  • Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of payroll-related information
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee data and records
  • Assist in updating HR databases, files, and administrative systems
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation standards

Administrative Coordination

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and management team
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication activities
  • Assist with office administration and operational support tasks
  • Support procurement and general office coordination when required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HR and administrative support roles
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems
