Job Summary

The Human Resource Manager will lead and oversee all HR operations, strategies, and employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will create a positive and productive workplace culture, ensure compliance with labour regulations, support talent development, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention initiatives
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace environment that promotes employee wellbeing and engagement
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure compliance with the Ghana Labour Act and HR best practices
• Lead learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HR reporting processes
• Supervise and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives
• Partner with management to support organizational growth and workforce planning

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• MBA, CIPD, or IHRMP certification will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of the Ghana Labour Act and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
