Location: Accra (Manet, Spintex, Sakumono, Teshie, Nungua preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executives and senior management. The role ensures smooth coordination of daily activities, effective communication, and efficient management of schedules and documentation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced professional environment while maintaining confidentiality and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior management.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and official correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Organize, maintain, and secure office records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate internal projects and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Assist in preparing briefs and materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be between 23 and 30 years of age.
  • Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role will be an added advantage.
  • Must reside around Manet, Spintex, Sakumono, Teshie, or Nungua.
