The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced professional environment while maintaining confidentiality and excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and official correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Organize, maintain, and secure office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate internal projects and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Assist in preparing briefs and materials for meetings and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements
- Must be between 23 and 30 years of age.
- Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role will be an added advantage.
- Must reside around Manet, Spintex, Sakumono, Teshie, or Nungua.
