Position Summary
Kharis Management Consult Limited is seeking skilled, hands-on, and detail-oriented Electrical and Mechanical Technicians to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems.
The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, systems, and facilities across assigned projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose faults and provide effective technical solutions to restore system functionality.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Support the assembly, testing, and commissioning of systems and installations.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and technical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Assist engineers and supervisors in executing technical project tasks.
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or defects promptly.
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and system reliability.
- Ensure proper handling, use, and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance, installation, or repair will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of technical systems, tools, and equipment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
