Job Summary

Kings Paint Depot seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate financial records, and support smooth daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately using cash, POS systems, and other payment methods.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change promptly and correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash balances at the end of each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Assist customers with billing questions and payment issues.
• Ensure the cashier area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times.
• Support sales and branch operations when required.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or operational issues to management promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cashiering, retail, or customer service.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
