Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Assign duties and monitor team performance across assigned locations.
• Inspect cleaned areas to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and operational procedures at all times.
• Train and guide cleaning staff to improve performance and service delivery.
• Report operational issues, staff concerns, and site challenges to management promptly.
• Manage work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support client communication and respond to service-related feedback professionally.
