Role Overview

As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for the timely and secure delivery of documents, parcels, products, and other items to designated locations. You will serve as an important representative of the organization, ensuring that deliveries are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Collect, transport, and deliver documents, parcels, products, and other items to designated destinations.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and within agreed timelines.
• Verify delivery details and obtain proof of receipt where required.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel usage.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and related documentation.
• Conduct routine checks on assigned motorcycles to ensure they remain in good working condition.
• Report accidents, delays, mechanical issues, or delivery challenges promptly.
• Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Support administrative and operational errands as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

You should possess:

• A minimum of Senior High School (SHS) qualification or its equivalent.

Experience

You should have:

• A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a Dispatch Rider, Delivery Rider, Courier Rider, or in a similar role.
• Experience navigating routes within Accra and surrounding areas will be an advantage.

Additional Requirement

• Ability to read and understand delivery instructions, addresses, and basic documentation.
• Valid rider’s licence and the ability to operate a motorcycle safely and responsibly.
