HR Assistant (Full-Time)

About the Role

Serendipalm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resource operations at its agricultural facility in Asuom. The successful candidate will assist in delivering efficient HR and administrative services while promoting a positive, organized, and supportive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.
  • Help manage employee attendance, leave tracking, and timekeeping systems.
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and HR systems if applicable).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
