Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.
- Help manage employee attendance, leave tracking, and timekeeping systems.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters in a professional and confidential manner.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following:
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and HR systems if applicable).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
