We are seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Role Purpose

You will create a positive and welcoming dining atmosphere by providing attentive, efficient, and professional table service. You will ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus, explain dishes, and answer guest questions clearly
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to kitchen staff
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards
• Ensure guest requests and special needs are handled promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup throughout service periods
• Process bills accurately and handle payments in line with hotel procedures
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to feedback
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English are required
