Position Summary
Tomreik Hotel is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability while maintaining a welcoming and high-quality dining environment.
The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns and complaints.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize service efficiency.
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to brand and hospitality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Control operational costs, including inventory, stock levels, and waste management.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
- Prepare operational reports and support management decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, and hospitality best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, costs, and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
