Role Purpose
You will serve as the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth transition into the hotel experience. You will assist guests with their luggage, provide helpful information, and support front office operations to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation, and room escorting
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Support the Front Office team in delivering efficient guest check-in and check-out services
- Ensure guest luggage is handled safely, securely, and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in entrance and lobby areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their comfort is prioritized
- Report guest feedback, concerns, or service issues to supervisors immediately
- Uphold hotel service standards and promote a positive guest experience at all times
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of Basic Education or Senior High School (SHS) certificate
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of Accra and surrounding areas is an added advantage
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and professional presentation
- Ability to handle luggage and physical tasks safely
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist guests at all times
- Team-oriented mindset and reliability
