We are seeking skilled and passionate Cooks to join our Kitchen team and support the preparation of high-quality meals for our guests.


Role Purpose

You will prepare and present meals according to hotel recipes, standards, and food safety regulations. You will ensure consistency, quality, and excellent presentation while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present meals in accordance with established hotel recipes and standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks including chopping, seasoning, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen work areas at all times
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food items in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Monitor ingredient usage and support stock control to reduce waste
  • Follow kitchen procedures to ensure timely and efficient meal service
  • Support chefs and other kitchen staff in daily operations
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
  • Report equipment faults or food safety concerns promptly to supervisors

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum of Basic Education or Senior High School (SHS) certificate
  • Professional culinary training or certification is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred but not mandatory

  • Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
