Position Summary

Tomreik Hotel is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Banquet Waiters to support the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service during events and special functions. The successful candidates will ensure excellent guest service, maintain presentation standards, and contribute to smooth and memorable event experiences.

The role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet halls and event spaces according to function requirements.
• Provide professional food and beverage service during events and special functions.
• Serve guests efficiently while maintaining high service and presentation standards.
• Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are properly arranged and maintained.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and needs.
• Support event preparation and breakdown activities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout all service areas.
• Collaborate with banquet coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow hotel service procedures and hospitality standards at all times.
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain service standards.
