Position Summary

Tomreik Hotel is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability while maintaining a welcoming and high-quality dining environment.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns and complaints.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize service efficiency.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to brand and hospitality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Control operational costs, including inventory, stock levels, and waste management.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
  • Prepare operational reports and support management decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, and hospitality best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets, costs, and operational performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
