Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products, maintain excellent customer service standards, and support efficient day-to-day logistics operations.

This role is ideal for an individual who is responsible, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products and packages safely and promptly to customers and designated locations.
• Verify delivery information and ensure accurate handling of all items before dispatch.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers at all times.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and road safety requirements.
• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Collect payments and obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Report delivery challenges, customer concerns, or operational issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, collections, and daily activities.
• Support general logistics and dispatch operations as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of Junior High School (JHS) or Senior High School (SHS) education.
• Valid motorcycle rider’s license.
• Previous experience as a dispatch rider or delivery personnel is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Accra roads and surrounding areas, particularly Achimota and Mile 7.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
