Position Summary

Farmers Haus is seeking a proactive and results-driven Alternate Channels Coordinator to manage and grow the company’s digital and alternative sales channels. The successful candidate will oversee online, WhatsApp, and corporate sales channels, coordinate customer orders, execute digital marketing initiatives, and support revenue growth through effective customer engagement strategies.

This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about sales, digital marketing, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online, WhatsApp, and corporate sales channels.
  • Process and coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Drive revenue growth through digital and alternate sales channels.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor online advertising campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance across digital channels.
  • Prepare sales and performance reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand digital sales and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital sales, e-commerce, customer service, or channel management is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and online advertising.
  • Ability to create engaging content and promotional campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
