Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Business Development Partner to drive business growth initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and support strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, expanding the organization’s market presence, and aligning business development activities with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to support organizational growth.
  • Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Generate qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to enhance brand visibility and build strategic connections.
  • Monitor market developments and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and competitiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client engagements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong relationship-management skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
