Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth, develop strong customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, promote company offerings, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and provide updates on market developments and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment will be an advantage.
