Position Summary

Interplast Ltd seeks a highly professional, customer-focused, and organized Client Service / Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and business partners. The successful candidate will create a welcoming environment, provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations efficiently, and support effective communication between clients and internal departments.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience that reflects the company’s values and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area remains organized, professional, and welcoming at all times.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with company security and visitor management procedures.

Customer Service & Client Relations

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company processes.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely feedback and resolution.

Administrative Support

  • Manage correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail, and courier services.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and visitor engagements as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for front desk and customer service activities.
  • Support administrative tasks and departmental activities when required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and routine correspondence.

Communication & Coordination

  • Facilitate effective communication between customers, visitors, and internal departments.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives and company events when required.
  • Ensure consistent communication that reflects the company’s professional image and brand standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Public Relations, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in customer service, front desk administration, client relations, reception management, or a related role.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, corporate, or service-oriented environment will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other standard office tools.
