We are seeking a Skilled Homecare Nurse to provide professional nursing care directly in patients’ homes. The role involves delivering high-quality clinical support, monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and ensuring safe recovery and long-term wellness under physician supervision.

Conduct home-based patient assessments and health monitoring
Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels
Administer medications including oral, injection, and IV treatments
Provide wound care, catheter care, and post-surgical care
Support patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
Educate patients and families on care plans and medication usage
Report patient progress to supervising physicians
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing qualification
Valid nursing license
Experience in clinical or homecare nursing preferred
Ability to administer medications and IV therapy
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently in home environments
