Position Summary

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and strengthening strategic partnerships for Ridge Medical Center. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop corporate and insurance relationships, increase service utilization, and support initiatives that enhance the organization’s market presence and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Expand the organization’s client portfolio through proactive business development activities.
  • Achieve agreed business development and sales targets.

Partnerships & Corporate Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, insurance providers, and referral partners.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships that support business objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual value creation.
  • Strengthen referral networks to increase patient acquisition and service utilization.

Marketing & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging healthcare needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support business and marketing strategies.
  • Support initiatives that enhance brand awareness and market positioning.

Client Engagement & Education

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Promote healthcare services and educate stakeholders on available solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and engagement.
  • Represent Ridge Medical Center at networking events, corporate meetings, and industry engagements.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Support digital marketing initiatives aimed at increasing visibility and generating qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns that drive patient engagement.
  • Leverage digital channels and platforms to support business development objectives.
  • Track and evaluate lead-generation activities to maximize return on investment.

Service Line Development

  • Support the promotion and growth of key healthcare service lines.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify opportunities for service expansion.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve patient access and service utilization.
  • Assist in the development of business cases for new services and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in business development and/or sales within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience working within a hospital, clinic, healthcare facility, or healthcare services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage corporate partnerships, referral networks, and client acquisition initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital business tools.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
