Position Summary

DrugNet is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Officer (National Service Personnel) to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Sales & Marketing function in promoting DrugNet’s products, including Medcover and M-Credit, engaging prospective and existing customers, generating leads, and contributing to business growth initiatives.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development within the healthcare technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote DrugNet’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Identify and generate new business leads through market outreach and engagement activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist in conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Support market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives and promotional strategies.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, marketing materials, and customer engagement documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and business growth objectives.
• Represent DrugNet professionally at meetings, events, and customer engagements.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be a recent graduate eligible for National Service.
