Wholesale Officer (Full-Time)

Location: Kasoa, Greater Accra Region

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Wholesale Officer to join our team in Kasoa. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, supporting wholesale operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the efficient preparation and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and increase sales of UCL products within assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers and business partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing products for delivery and dispatch while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support inventory management and stock control activities.
  • Process orders and maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory movements.
  • Monitor customer needs and provide appropriate product information and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth wholesale operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or within a pharmaceutical company.
  • Good computer literacy, including proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
