The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, effective resource management, and high standards of service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight capability, and the ability to support both clinical and non-clinical teams in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administrative and operational management of clinical services to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Coordinate staff activities and ensure effective workflow across clinical and support units.
- Support financial management processes, including budgeting, cost tracking, and revenue monitoring.
- Maintain accurate operational and administrative records in line with organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
- Support the implementation of clinical procedures and service delivery protocols.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Monitor patient service processes to improve efficiency, satisfaction, and turnaround times.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to support smooth coordination of clinical operations.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve service delivery.
- Prepare regular operational and management reports for leadership review.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of resources, equipment, and facilities within the clinic.
Qualifications and Experience
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong administrative and management skills with the ability to oversee day-to-day operations effectively.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical administration is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage financial processes including budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and reporting tools).
- Must preferably reside around Achimota, Lapaz, or nearby areas.
