Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Officer to support and enhance our organization’s IT infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of all ICT systems while actively supporting digital transformation and operational continuity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot hardware, software, servers, and network systems
• Implement and strengthen IT security measures, including system updates, backups, antivirus protection, and access controls
• Monitor system performance continuously and respond promptly to security incidents and threats
• Administer and manage firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and overall network infrastructure
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing activities
• Support and drive process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Enforce compliance with IT policies, standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation and knowledge management systems

Qualification, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional IT certifications will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant ICT experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred

• Windows Server administration
• Network infrastructure and security management
• Active Directory administration
• System monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Backup and disaster recovery management
