This role requires a strong leader who actively supports management in workforce planning and ensures that HR practices align with organizational goals and Ghanaian labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues in a fair and professional manner.
- Ensure full compliance with Ghana labour laws and internal company regulations.
- Lead performance management systems, including appraisals and employee evaluations.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and productivity.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Provide HR advisory support to management and departmental heads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR management or supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Ghana labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organizational environment.
