Position Summary
The Field Research Volunteer will support data collection and community engagement activities by interacting with respondents, gathering information, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with field research assignments. The successful candidate will represent the organization professionally while helping to ensure the quality and reliability of research findings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field data collection activities in designated communities and locations.
- Engage respectfully and professionally with community members, stakeholders, and respondents.
- Administer surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and other research tools as assigned.
- Record and organize collected information accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling research data.
- Provide timely updates on field activities and completed assignments.
- Follow established research procedures, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- Support other field research and community engagement activities as required.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum qualification of Senior High School (SHS) Certificate or equivalent.
- Comfortable interacting with new people and engaging with diverse groups within the community.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with basic record-keeping and documentation abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Must reside in Techiman or its surrounding communities.
