We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and hands-on Swap Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our battery swap station. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is passionate about operational excellence, safety compliance, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Swap Station Supervisor will manage and coordinate all activities at the battery swap station, ensuring smooth operations, proper battery management, high safety standards, and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will supervise station staff, maintain accurate operational records, and ensure optimal station performance.

Key Responsibilities

Station Operations Management

  • Supervise daily operations of the battery swap station to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee battery swap processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe operations.
  • Manage battery inventory, tracking usage, charging cycles, and availability.
  • Monitor station performance and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and service standards.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce safety protocols and operational guidelines across all station activities.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and charging of batteries in line with safety standards.
  • Conduct routine checks to identify and mitigate operational and safety risks.
  • Promote a strong safety culture among all station personnel.

Team Supervision & Customer Service

  • Supervise, guide, and support swap station assistants in their daily tasks.
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Address customer inquiries and operational issues professionally and promptly.
  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate operational records, including battery usage, swaps, incidents, and maintenance logs.
  • Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on station productivity and performance.
  • Document incidents, challenges, and resource requirements for management review.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in operations, technical supervision, or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, battery technology, or energy systems is preferred.
  • Proven experience supervising teams in an operational or technical environment.
