Digital Marketing & Content Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Aplaku, Accra

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Manager to strengthen our digital presence and enhance patient engagement across multiple platforms.

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing & Content Manager will lead the Centre’s digital marketing strategy by developing compelling content, managing social media platforms, executing digital advertising campaigns, and driving online engagement. The successful candidate will combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth while maintaining the highest standards of healthcare communication.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and manage content calendars that align with marketing objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative digital marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility.

Content Creation

  • Create engaging and informative content, including social media posts, blogs, website copy, patient education materials, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Design graphics, infographics, and multimedia content using industry-standard creative tools.
  • Produce and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Ensure all content reflects the organization’s brand identity and complies with healthcare communication standards.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond promptly to enquiries, comments, reviews, and direct messages across all digital platforms.
  • Build and nurture an active online community by fostering meaningful engagement with patients and followers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and professional responses to patient enquiries.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, reach, lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports and present actionable insights directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
  • Use analytics to optimise campaigns and improve overall digital marketing performance.

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar creative applications.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience working within the healthcare or other service-based industries will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written communication, storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing analytics, and search engine optimisation (SEO).
